PARTIES!
Getting messy and creative is a great way to celebrate your birthday! You can hire us to organise and host your child's party at the Wild and Free Studio. We run parties for children turning 10 or under. We would love to celebrate with you!
When can I book a party?
Wild and Free Studio is run by 1 artist so party availability is offered on an individual basis to work around both your schedule and the artist's. We will do our best to accommodate you but sometimes it may not be possible to book the exact time you would like.
How many guests can I invite?
You can invite up to 10 children aged 0-11 years to use the Studio. Adults are welcome as guests and we do not specify a number, however we recommend that you keep it to a manageable figure as space is limited.
How much does it cost?
To hire the Studio for the 1.30 hours costs a total of £190 from August 2026. We require a non-refundable deposit of £80 payable at the time of booking to secure the date and the remainder of £110 payable one month before your party date. You will be invoiced for these amounts and can pay via bank transfer.
What’s included in the cost?
The cost includes the private hire of the studio for you and your guests, artist to lead activities, at least one craft to take home with each child (this can be agreed during booking according to your child's interests.)
You may also bring and serve your own food in the studio. We also provide a kettle and mugs for hot drinks, jugs of water and children’s plastic cups, free wi-fi, use of toilet & baby changing facilities.
Can I bring my own decorations?
You are more than welcome to bring your own decorations as long as you ensure they are fully cleared up before your leave. You will be provide you with black bin bags as required.
Can I park?
You and your guests can park in the car park in front of the studio. There is space for around 5 cars but there is also plentiful parking available across the road at the Play Park, next to the church.
Breakages
Please note you are responsible for leaving the Studio, fixtures, contents and facilities as you have found them and you are responsible for any breakages during the party hire. Children must be adequately supervised by adults at all times during the party and the artist is not responsible for supervising children or managing their behaviour.
What do I need to bring?
Please bring your own food, cake and soft drinks. For hot drinks, please bring your own milk, coffee, tea and sugar which you can set up at the food hatch next to the kettles as a help yourself station.
Law on Allergies
As a result of Natasha’s Law that came into force on 1st October 2021 our Studio is required to ask anyone holding a party on our premises to make guests aware of the full list of ingredients of food being served and highlight allergens. This means that for homemade food you will need to write a list of all ingredients, and for any food you buy you will need to display the packaging.
